| 摘 要： | 胸外科手术患者急性肺损伤的发生受到多种因素的影响,笔者就胸外科发生急性肺损伤的原因及机械通气、输血相关性肺损伤等危险因素做一综述,以期为急性肺损伤的预防及治疗提供可参考依据。

| Abstract: | Thoracic surgery patients with acute lung injury occurs is affected by many factors, the author of thoracic surgery causes and occurrence of mechanical ventilation in acute lung injury, risk factors such as transfusion-related acute lung injury do a review for a period of acute lung injury prevention and treatment provide reference. |
