围手术期护理干预对食管癌切除术的疗效及疼痛的影响

目的探讨围手术期护理干预对食管癌切除术的疗效及疼痛的影响。方法 60例食管癌切除术患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组与对照组,每组30例,对照组实施随机对症护理,干预组着重实施围术期护理干预,尤其是心理护理干预,比较两组患者胸腔引流量、拔管时间、平均住院时间;两组患者术前及术后6 h、术后24 h、术后48 h疼痛程度;两组护理并发症情况。结果干预组患者术后胸腔引流量少于对照组,干预组患者术后拔管时间、平均住院时间分别短于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组患者术后6 h、术后24 h、术后48 h的VAS评分分别低于对照组（P〈0.05）。干预组患者发生静脉套管针液体外渗染、术中电刀灼伤、臂丛神经损伤、压疮、吻合口瘘的例数明显少于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论围手术期护理干预可以促进食管癌切除术患者术后早期恢复、减轻患者术后的疼痛,缩短住院时间,减少并发症的发生率。

Influence of perioperation period nursing intervention on effect and pain / for patients with thoracoscopic resection of esophageal carcinoma

Objective To explore the effect of peri operation period nursing intervention on effect and pain for patients with resection of esophageal carcinoma. Methods A total of 60 patients underwent resection of esophageal carcinoma according to different nursing methods were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the control group took random symptomatic care, the intervention group focused on perioperative nursing intervention, especially psychological nursing intervention, compared： two groups of patients with pleural drainage, extubation time, hospitalization time; VAS preoperative and postoperative 6 h ,48 h, 24 h after operation. Results Tho- racic drainage of intervention group was less than that of the control group, the extubation time and the average hospi- talization time of intervention group was shorter than the control group （P〈0.05）. The VAS of intervention group after operation 6 h ,24 h,48 h scores were lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Patients in the intervention group number cases of venous troear fluid extravasation dyeing, intraoperative electrical knife burn, brachial plexus injury, ulcer, fistula was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The peri operation period nursing intervention can promote early recovery, reduce postoperative pain after resection of esophageal carcino- ma, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications.
