雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡80例临床分析

目的探究雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法随机选取80例患者平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予果胶铋、克拉霉素和阿莫西林联合治疗，观察组给予雷贝拉挫、克拉霉素和阿莫西林联合治疗一，治疗4周后通过对患者进行胃镜和HP检查来评价其临床疗效。结果观察组的腹痛缓解率92．5％，与对照组（72．5％）比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），溃疡愈合有效率和根除率分别为75．0％、90．0％，与对照组比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论临床上采用雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素、阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著，为临床上该病的治疗提供一定的参考意义。

80 Cases clinical analysis of treating peptic ulcer by rabeprazole joint clarithromycin and amoxicillin

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of treating peptic ulcer by rabeprazole joint clarithromycin and amoxicillin; Methods A total of 80 cases were selected randomly and were divided into control group and obser- vation group, patients in the control group were given pectic bismuth, clarithromycin and amoxicillin combined, pa- tients in the observation group were given rabeprazole, clarithromycin and amoxicillin, after 4 weeks, evaluated the clinical curative by gastroscope and HP inspection. Results The abdominal pain alleviation rate of observation group was 92.5%, better than control group（72.5%） significantly （P 〈 0.05）, the efficient rate of ulcer healing and eradicate were 75.0%, 90.0%, there was no significant difference with control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical cura- tive effect of treating peptic ulcer by rabeprazole joint clarithromycin and amoxicillin is distinct, which provides certain reference significance for the clinical treatment of the pepticulcer.
