| 摘 要： | 目的观察高血压病患者动态脉压与血、尿β2-微球蛋白的关系，并评估动态PP对早期肾损伤的价值。方法动态血压监测仪测量235例高血压病患者的动态PP，按动态PP水平分为四组：A组PP≤40mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa，57例）、B组PP41～60mmHg（77例）、C组PP61～80mmHg（71例）和D组PP〉80mmHg（30例）。采用免疫比浊法测定研究对象的血、尿β2-MG，并分析动态PP与血、尿β2-MG的关系。结果随着动态PP水平的增大，血、尿β2-MG浓度明显增加且呈正相关性。结论动态PP与血、尿β2-MG密切相关，动态PP对高血压病早期肾损伤有重要的预测价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship between the pulse pressure and β2-microglobulin in the hypertension patients, and discuss the value of the patients who suffered from the nephritic in the prior period. Methods The PP was monitored by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. All the cases were divided into four groups according to the PP： A group （PP≤40mmHg）; B group（PP 41- 60mmHg）; C group（PP 61- 80mmHg）; D group（PP〉 80mmHg）. The β2-MG was determined with immunonephelometry. Results The PP had a positive effect to the β2-MG. Conclusion PP is related with β2-MG,The PP has an important value to the prior hurt of kidney. |
