强骨固松汤对原发性骨质疏松症患者生化指标的影响

目的 探讨强骨固松汤对原发性骨质疏松症患者生化指标的影响.方法 将研究对象按照数字表法随机分为对照组与观察组.对照组常规治疗,观察组服用强骨固松汤,观察两组各指标变化.结果 两组患者治疗前后生化指标发生显著变化,P ＜ 0.01,两组治疗总有效率分别为70.0%、88.3%,P ＜ 0.05;对照组与观察组患者生存质量总得分分别为（112±8）分、（135±9）分,P ＜ 0.01.结论 强骨固松汤对原发性骨质疏松症有明显疗效,患者生化指标有明显变化,大幅度提高治疗效率和患者生存质量.

Effects of brittle-bone soundness consolidation soup on biochemical indicators of patients with primary osteoporosis

Objective To investigate effects of brittle-bone soundness consolidation soup on biochemical indicators of patients with primary osteoporosis. Methods Divided subjects into a control group and a treatment group. The control group was subject to conventional treatment, and the observation group took brittle-bone soundness consolidation soup. Results A significant change occurred in biochemical parameters in two groups of patients before and after treatment, P 〈0.01; Total effective rates of treatment for two group were 70.0% and 88.3% respectively P 〈 0.05; Total score of life quality in the control group and the observation group were （112＋8） and （135＋9）, P 〈 0.01 respectively. Conclusion The brittle-bone soundness consolidation soup had significant effect on primary osteoporosis, and noticeable changes were found in biochemical parameters of patients, significantly improving the treatment efficiency and life quality of patients.
