摘 要: | 目的 探讨山楂叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠心肌中HO-1/CO系统和iNOS/NO系统的影响.方法 将8周龄SD雄性大鼠40只随机分为Ⅰ组(山楂叶总黄酮治疗组)和Ⅱ组(糖尿病组)各20只,观察比较两组糖尿病大鼠心肌组织中iNOS、NO、HO-1、CO的变化情况.结果 实验结束时测定大鼠心肌组织中HO-1活性和iNOS活性,山楂叶总黄酮治疗组心肌组织中HO-1活性、iNOS活性均低于糖尿病组(P < 0.01),实验结束时测定大鼠血清中CO和NO含量,山楂叶总黄酮治疗组血清中CO、NO含量均分别明显低于糖尿病组(P < 0.05).结论山楂叶总黄酮通过清除糖尿病大鼠心肌中自由基等抗氧化机制起到保护糖尿病大鼠心肌的作用.

Abstract: | Objective To explore FMCL diabetic rat heart the HO-1/CO system and iNOS/NO system. Methods 40 of the 8-week-old male SD rats were randomly divided into group I (FMCL treatment group) and group II (diabetic group) of the 20, two groups of diabetic rat heart in iNOS and NO, HO-1, CO changes were compared. Results The end of the experimental determination of myocardial tissue in HO-1 activity and iNOS activity, FMCL treatment group my- ocardial tissue activity of HO-1, iNOS activity were lower than the diabetic group (P 〈 0.01 ), the end of the experi- mental determination of the content of CO and NO content, CO the treatment group FMCL serum levels, NO content in serum was significantly lower than the diabetic group(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion FMCL by clearing the diabetic rat heart free radicals antioxidant mechanisms play a role to protect the myocardium of diabetic rats. |
