| 摘 要： | 分析比较了椎管内麻醉和全麻用于肾移植手术，提供手术条件、安全性和对移植肾功能的影响等各方面的优缺点，并对相关注意事项提出建议。提出应严格椎管内麻醉的适应证而放宽全麻指征，并预测全麻下行肾移植手术的比例会逐渐增加。

| Abstract: | To compare the advantages and disadvantages of intraspinal ansthesia and genernal anesthesia during renal transplantation surgery in operation condition,security and the effect to the function of the transplantated renal,additionally,to provide some suggestion to relating attention points. To point that the intraspinal ansthesia should be restricted and the genernal anesthesia should be advocated. |
