后路AF内固定系统同时经伤椎置钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效

目的探讨后路AF内固定系统与经伤椎置钉固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效。方法选取胸腰椎骨折患者40例,按照随机分组的方法,将其分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予AF内固定系统治疗,研究组采用后路AF内固定系统同时经伤椎置钉固定治疗,在1～2年的随访后,分析畸形的纠正状况、并发症情况与神经功能的恢复情况。结果压缩椎体高度恢复较为良好,椎管的内占位、神经功能分级显著降低,CoBB角显著减小,伤椎前缘压缩比升高。结论针对胸腰椎骨折患者,采用后路AF内固定系统同时经伤椎置钉固定治疗,有利于椎体的复位及保持椎体的高度。

Posterior AF internal fixation system at the same time the vertebral screw fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture

Objective to investigate the AF internal fixation system and posterior vertebral screw fixation for the treatment of thoracic and lumbar fracture. Methods All 20 cases of patients with thoracic and lumbar fractures, ＂used AF internal fixation system and posterior vertebral screw fixation via,in 1-2 years follow-up, analysis of the deformity correction sta- tus, complications and neurological function recovery. Results From compression of vertebral height restoration in relatively good,the cana｜ space occupying,neurologic grade decreased significantly,CoBB angle decreased,vertebral anterior compression ratio. Conclusion For patients with thoracolumbar fracture with posterior approach,AF internal fixation system at the same time the vertebral screw fixation for the treatment of, in favor of vertebra and vertebral height.
