高清纤维乳管镜检查在乳头溢液中的临床应用及意义

目的探讨高清纤维乳管镜对乳头溢液性疾病诊断、治疗的临床价值。方法回顾性分析400例乳头溢液患者的乳管镜检查结果、结合其中95例患者术后病理结果进行统计分析。结果乳管镜诊断正常乳管18例,导管扩张症伴导管炎症287例,其中重度乳管炎124例。乳腺导管内占位95例,其中病理证实乳腺导管内癌14例,导管内乳头状瘤81例。肿瘤性符合率100%。结论乳管镜对乳头溢液有直接的征象,是明确乳头溢液疾病病因的最重要检查手段,对乳头溢液诊断和治疗有重要的指导作用。

Clinical application and significance of high-definition fiberoptic ductoscopy in nipple discharge

Objective To investigate the clinical value of high-definition fiberoptic ductoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge disease.Methods The results of fiberoptic ductoscopy examination in 400 patients with nipple discharge were retrospectively analyzed.And the postoperative pathological results of 95 patients were statistically analyzed.Results Breast ductoscopy diagnosed 18 cases of normal milk duct,287 cases of ductal dilation with ductal inflammation,including 124 cases of severe ductitis.There were 95 cases of intraductal mammary ducts,including 14 cases of intraductal carcinoma of the breast by pathology and 81 cases of intraductal papilloma.The tumor compliance rate was 100%.Conclusion Fiberoptic ductoscopy has direct signs for nipple discharge,which is the most important examination method for clarifying the cause of nipple discharge disease.It has an important guiding role in the diagnosis and treatment of nipple discharge.
