颈丛阻滞联合全身麻醉在颈椎前路手术中的应用

目的观察颈丛阻滞联合全身麻醉在颈椎前路手术中的应用效果。方法选择ASAI或Ⅱ级择期行颈椎前路手术60例，随机分为行颈丛阻滞联合全身麻醉组（A组）和行单纯全身麻醉组（B组）。结果两组患者麻醉诱导前血压、心率比较均无明显差异。B组患者插管前、插管后5min、术毕的HR、MAP显著高于A组（P〈0．05）。A组患者异丙酚的用量明显少于B组（P〈0．叭），但A组麻醉苏醒快，术后拔管快，与B组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论颈丛阻滞联合全身麻醉在颈椎前路手术中的应用具有较好的麻醉效果，值得临床推广和应用。

Comparison the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine and midazolamin epidural anesthesia for pediatric laparoscopic surgery

Objective To observe the cervical plexus block combined with general anesthesia in the anterior cervical surgery.Methods Sixty cases of the ASAⅠ or Ⅱ elective anterior cervical surgery were randomly divided into line with cervical plexus block combined with generalanesthesia(group A) and simple general anesthesia group(group B).Results The group of patients before induction of anesthesia,blood pressure,heart rate showed no obvious differences.Group B patients before intubation,intubation,5 min after the operation HR,MAP was significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).The amount of propofol of group A was significantly less than group B(P<0.01),but anesthesia,decannulation of group A were fast compared with group B,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cervical plexus block combined with general anesthesia in the anterior cervical application has good effects of anesthesia,and is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
