胫骨平台内翻角的测量及临床效果

摘    要:目的探讨胫骨平台内翻角在复杂胫骨平台骨折手术前后的变化及其与临床治疗效果的关系。方法本研究中的45例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者均为2008年7月-2011年7月来我院进行治疗的病例,患者胫骨平台内翻角要在手术前和手术后分别进行测量,测量使用PACS图像分析软件,评定患者的术后膝关节功能。结果胫骨平台内翻角在复杂骨折手术治疗后为(4.13±0.73)°,与正常的胫骨平台内翻角比较差异不具有显著性(P〉0.05),Spearman相关分析结果表明,术后胫骨平台内翻角明显正相关于膝关节功能(r=0.937,P〈0.05)。结论胫骨平台内翻角在复杂胫骨平台骨折术前术后变化较为明显,膝关节功能的恢复在一定程度上会受到术后胫骨平台内翻角的纠正程度的影响。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of the tibial plateau varus angle in the complex tibial plateau fracture before and after the treatment and its relationship with clinical outcomes.Methods Fouty-five cases with complex tibial plateau fractures were selected from July 2008 to July 2011 in our hospital,we measured the tibial varus angle before surgery and after surgery,the data were analyzed with PACS image analysis software,and we assessed the patient’s knee function.Results Compared with normal tibial varus angle,tibial plateau varus angle in a complex fracture treatment was(4.13±0.73)°,with no significant difference in two tibial plateau varus angles(P > 0.05),postoperative tibial plateau varus angular correction levels and knee function significant correlation(r = 0.937,P < 0.05).Conclusion Tibial varus angle in the complex tibial plateau fractures more obvious changes before and after surgery,the recovery of knee function will be to some extent after tibial varus angle of the correct extent.
