超声定位下应用中心静脉导管引流治疗心包积液

目的探讨一种安全、有效的治疗心包积液的方法。方法对20例中到大量的心包积液患者术前经二维超声心动图定位、定向并测定进针深度后，应用中心静脉导管引流治疗心包积液，必要时进行冲洗并注入相应药物，观察疗效、安全性及不良反应。结果20例病例均一次穿刺置管成功，导管留置时间2～7d，引流液量300～5000mL，心包积液引流彻底，心包压塞症状消失，未出现严重并发症。结论该方法安全可靠，疗效好，完全能替代以往的常规心包穿刺术。

Central Venous Catheterization Drainage for Pericardial Effusion Located by Two-dimensional Echocardiography before Pericaridiocentesis

Objective To explore a safe and effective treatment for the pericardial effusion. Methods 20 cases with pericardial effusion were located and oriented by two-dimensional echocardiography before pericaridiocentesis ,and measure the puncture depth. The central venous catheterization were put,drain and treat pericardial effusion,and injected corresponding drug if necessary. Observe the effect,safety and bad complication. Results 20 cases were punctured and put central venous catheterization successfully. The line was kept for 2 -7days. The quantity of the drainage was 300 - 5000mL. Pericardial effusion was drained completely. The cardiac tampon was cleared. The effect was obvi- ously and no serious complication. Conclusion The means is safe,easy,useful and can be instead of the traditional pericardiocentesis.
