双排螺旋CT对肝脓肿的诊断作用

】目的分析肝脓肿的CT征象，以提高临床上CT对肝脓肿的诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析我院2008年3月～2010年4月收治的经手术证实的46例肝脓肿患者的术前CT平扫及增强扫描表现，分析其CT征象。结果本组肝脓肿单发32例，多发14例；脓肿位于肝右叶29例，肝左叶13例，同时累积两叶4例；CT平扫显示，46例均呈圆形或卵圆形低于邻近正常肝实质组织的低密度影，CT值为7～30Hu；42例边缘模糊，4例边缘较为清楚；6例病灶内可见气一液平面。CT增强扫描显示，26例表现为细菌性肝脓肿典型的“环靶征”，其中“单环征”5例，“双环征”17例，“三环征”4例；病灶呈“簇状征”或“花瓣征”15例；5例示腔内无强化。结论双排螺旋CT辅助诊断肝脓肿具有典型的CT征象，其诊断准确率高，可为临床诊断肝脓肿提供可靠的依据。

The Diagnostic Value of Dual-slice Spiral CT Scan in Liver Abscess

Objective To analyze the CT signs of liver abscess, and improve the clinical diagnostic accuracy of CT scan in liver abscess Methods The preoperative CT plain scan and enhanced scan findings of 46 cases of patients with liver abscess confirmed by surgery in our hospital from March 2008 to April 2010 were retrospectively analyzed, and their CT signs were also analyzed. Results In this group, presented round or ovoid low density lower than that of the adjacent normal liver tissues, and the CT value was 7 ~ 30Hu; 42 cases presented unclear edge and 4 presented clear edge;6 presented gas-fluid level. CT enhanced scan showed that, 26 cases presented typical ring features, 5 among of them presented one ring, 17 presented two rings, and 4 presented three rings; 15 cases presented cluster signs or petal signs; 5 presented no enhancement in the cavity. Conclusion CT findings of liver abscess has typical features, and its diagnostic accuracy is very high, so it can provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis of liver abscess in clinic.
