| 摘 要： | 目的总结分析颅内皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿破裂的CT、MRI影像特征。方法9例行颅脑CT检查，3例MRI检查，4例手术病理证实。结果9例双侧脑室、脑池、脑沟散布脂肪组织。结论颅内皮样囊肿和表皮样囊肿破裂在CT、MRI有特征性表现。

| Abstract: | Objective 9 cases of ruptured intracranial dermoid and epidermoid were analyzed with CT,MRI imaging,discussing their imaging features and differential diagnosis.Methods All 9 cases with CT,3 cases with MRI,4 cases with pathology identification.Results 9 cases adipose tissue scattered in the two-lateral ventricle,the brain pool,cerebral sulcus.Conclusion It is clear that ruptured intracranial dermoid and epidermoid has its own specific manifestation on CT,MRI. |
