| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用经腹及经阴道彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产术后切口瘢痕妊娠的诊断价值。方法对12例经手术病理及保守治疗证实为剖宫产术后切口瘢痕妊娠的患者的临床资料，根据声像图表现与分型进行回顾性分析。结果12例剖宫产术后切口瘢痕妊娠患者，经腹及经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查，超声显示率分别为66．7％（8／12）、100％（12／12）。其中单纯妊娠囊型6例，占6／12；混合包块型4例，占4／12；部分位于宫腔型2例，占2／12。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声能够弥补经腹彩色多普勒超声检查的不足，2种检查技术联合运用可提高剖宫产术后切口瘢痕妊娠的超声诊断符合率。超声检查能清晰显示剖宫产术后瘢痕妊娠的位置、范围、子宫肌层厚度及血供情况，及时诊断并能动态观察治疗效果，具有重要的临床应用价值。
