| 摘 要： | 目的评价平板运动试验（TET）对冠心病的诊断价值。方法选取我院临床拟诊为冠心病患者84例，行平板运动试验后1个月内行冠脉造影（CAG），以CAG检查结果为诊断冠心病的“金标准”，对TET结果进行分析。结果平板运动试验诊断冠心病敏感性76．0％、特异性67．6％、准确性72．6％、假阳性32．3％、假阴性24．0％，其中多支病变平板运动试验阳性率较单支病变高（P〈0．01）。结论TET诊断冠心病的敏感度和特异度较高，能够较准确地评估冠脉病变的严重程度，判断患者的治疗效果及预后，具有安全、无创、价廉、操作简单等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the treadmill exercise test(TET)for the coronary heart disease.Methods 84 patients with coronary heart disease were given treadmill exercise test,and then coronary angiography(CAG)in a month.CAG test results weregold standardin the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and TET results were analyzed.Results The sensitivity of treadmill exercise test in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease was 76%,specificity was 67.6%,accuracy was 72.6%,false positive was 32.3%,false negative was 24%.... |
