| 摘 要： | 目的观察布地奈德与可必特联合雾化吸入治疗重症哮喘患者的效果。方法选择2012年7月～2013年7月期间我院重症哮喘患者88例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组患者给予可必特进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上,加用布地奈德。结果治疗14 d后,观察组有效率、FEV1与FVC均大于对照组,同时两组PaO2、PaCO2、pH指标比较,观察组改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德和可必特联合雾化吸入促进了患者肺通气功能的改善,提高了PaO2和pH值,且降低了PaCO2含量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of budesonide combined with combivent in severe asthma via ultrasonic nebulizer inhalation. Methods A total of 88 cases severe asthma patients were selected from July 2012 to July 2013 and were divided into the observation group and control group randomly. The control group were treated with com- bivent. Based on that, the observation group were treated with budesonide. Results The clinical effects, FEV1, FVC of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the PaO2, PaCO2, pH results of the observation group were iMproved obviously than that of the control group, had statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Budesonide combined with combivent via ultrasonic nebulizer inhalation can improve pulmonary ventilation function, the level of PaO2 and pH, even can reduce the level of PaCO2. |
