综合性护理干预对原发性高血压患者治疗依从性、生活方式及血压控制的影响

目的探讨综合性护理干预对原发性高血压患者治疗依从性、生活方式及血压控制的影响。方法 65例原发性高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组予以常规药物降压治疗和护理。观察组加用综合性护理干预,均随访8周。结果随访8周后,观察组治疗总依从性率明显高于对照组(χ2=5.63,P<0.05);饮食控制、合理运动和高血压知识了解等生活方式各方面控制率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);两组收缩压和舒张压水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预用于原发性高血压患者可提高治疗依从性,有助于患者生活方式控制,提高降压效果。

Influence of comprehensive nursing on treatment compliance,life style and depressurization of patients with primary hypertension

Objective To discuss influence of comprehensive nursing On treatment compliance, life style and depres- surization of patients with primary hypertension. Methods Sixty-five cases of patients with primary hypertension were divided into observation group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given treatment and nurs- ing of depressurization by routine medicines. The comprehensive nursing intervention were given additionally to patients in observation group. Results After 8 week＇ following up, the rate of treatment compliance of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group （X2=5.63, P〈0.05）, and the control rate of life styles, such as the knowledges of dining control, proper sport and high blood pressure and etc, of patients in observation group was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. Meanwhile, systolic pressure and diastolic pressure levels of pa- tients in two groups were declined obviously than before （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and the declining rate of patients in ob- servation group was much higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of patients with primary hypertension, contribute to the control of life style, and enhance the depressurization effect.
