基层社区院前急救疾病谱7814例分析

目的 探讨基层医院社区院前急救疾病的病种及排序特点.方法 对7814例社区院前急救患者按性别、年龄、出诊病种、院前死亡病种等进行分析.结果 社区院前急救疾病谱排序前5位依次是：外伤、神经系统疾病、中毒、妇产科疾病、消化系统疾病;院前死亡病谱排序依次是：不明原因死亡、外伤、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、中毒.结论 可根据基层社区院前急救的疾病谱排序特征制定急救工作重点及开展社区健康干预.

The sort and ordering of prehospital first-aid disease in the grass-roots community

Objective To investigate the sort and ordering of prehospital first-aid in the grass-roots community. Methods A total of 78 ld cases were analysed in accordance with sex,age,the number of patients with different diseases, varieties of prehospital death,etc. Results On the ground of tatal data about prehospital first-aid cases; the first five are： external injury, nervous system disease, poisoning, gynecology diseases, digestive system diseases;the order of diseases caused prehospital death is： death of unknown cause , external injury, circulatory system diseases, respiratory system diseases, poisoning. Conclusion The emphasis in work of emergency should be comfirmed in accordance with the characteristics of prehospital disease first-aid order.
