摘    要:目的研究血清降钙素原(PCT)在中枢神经系统感染患者诊断中的实用价值。方法回顾性研究中枢神经系统感染患者86例,根据中枢神经系统感染的病原体诊断标准分为细菌性感染组(54例)和非细菌性感染组(32例),检测并比较两组PCT和C反应蛋白(CRP)值,将两组数据进行统计学比较。结果细菌性感染组患者血清中PCT水平高于非细菌性感染组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),CRP水平与非细菌性感染组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。比较54例细菌性感染组患者血清中PCT增高例数和CRP增高例数,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),PCT和CRP两个指标诊断细菌性中枢神经感染不存在一致性。结论PCT对中枢神经系统是否细菌感染具有明显的临床诊断价值。

Application of Procalcitonin to the diagnosis of bacterial infection in central nervous system

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the practical value of procalcitonin(PCT) in diagnosis of bacterial infection in central nervous system.Methods A total of 86 cases with infection in central nervous system were reviewed.According to the di-agnostic criteria of pathogens of infection,54 patients were enrolled in bacterial infection group and 32 patients in non-bacterial infection group.The PCT level and the C-reactive protein(CRP) level of the two groups were determined and compared with each other.Results There was significantly difference in PCT between bacterial infection patients and non-bacterial infection patients group(P < 0.05).The difference in CRP between bacterial infection patients and non-bacterial infection patients group was no statistical significant(P > 0.05).There was significantly difference between the higher level rate of PCT and CRP in 54 cases with bacterial infection in central nervous system(P < 0.05),and the two indicators were not associated with each other for diagnosing bacterial infection in central nervous system.Conclusion Monitoring the PCT level with bacterial infection in central nervous system would have an obviously clinical significance of diagnostic value.
