64层螺旋CT尿路成像对先天性输尿管病变的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨64层螺旋CT尿路成像技术(MSCTU)对先天性输尿管疾病的诊断价值。方法收集2年间临床资料完整的先天『生输尿管病变36例,所有患者均行64层螺旋CT容积扫描,应用多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)技术在工作站进行图像后处理。结果MSCTU诊断输尿管先天性变异及畸形36例,包括先天性输尿管狭窄18例,双肾双输尿管畸形8例,下腔静脉后输尿管2例,输尿管囊肿5例,先天性巨输尿管2例,输尿管异位开口1例,以上病例均得到手术、输尿管镜检查或临床证实。结论MSCTU能清楚显示输尿管的异常解剖形态及类型,在先天性输尿管疾病的诊断方面具有独特的优势。

Diagnostic Value of 64-slice Spiral CT Urography in Congenital Ureteral Diseases

Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography urography(MSCTU) in congenital ureteral diseases. Methods We collected 36 cases of congenital ureteral diseases with complete clinical data in 2 years,performed all examinations by using a 64-slice spiral CT, the volume data were reconstructed in work station (Vitrea 2 ) with the techniques of multiple plane reformation (MPR), curved planar reconstruction (CPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP)and volume rendering (VR). Results The ureter congenital variations and deformities were diagnosed by MSCT in 36 cases including 18 cases of congenital ureter stenosis,8 of duplication of renal pelvis and ureter, 2 of retrocaval ureter, 5 of hyterotopia ureterocele, 2 of congential megaureter and one of ectopic ureter. All cases were confirmed by surgery,ureteroscopy and cliniccal approches. Conclusion With three-dimensional reconstruction technique (MPR,CPR,MIP and VR), MSCTU can clearly demonstrate the anatomy shape and the etiologic type of ureteral diseases, which has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of congenital ureteral diseases.
