摘 要: | 急性肺损伤(ALI)及更为严重的急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)为常见且复杂的炎症性肺疾病。微小RNA(microRNA或miRNA或miR)已作为一类全新的基因调控分子脱颖而出,其在包括ALI在内的多种复杂性疾病当中起着至关重要的作用。
