改良新式剖宫产术124例分析

目的探讨改良新式剖宫产术的临床应用。方法对248例有剖宫产指征的孕产妇随机分为两组，改良新式剖宫产术组124例，与同期新式剖宫产术组124例进行多项指标的对照。结果改良新式剖宫产术出现娩头困难及子宫切口撕裂的发生率低，两组比较有极显著性差异（P〈0．01）；两组在手术时间、术中出血、术后情况对比无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论改良新式剖宫产术具有新式剖宫产术的优点，且娩头困难及子宫切口撕裂的发生率低，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Modified Method for Cesarean Section

Objective To investigate the clinical application of modified method for cesarean section. Methods 248 cases of pregnant women with operation indications were divided into two groups randomly： 124 cases with modified method for cesarean section group, 124 cases with michael stark cesarean section group. Every aspect of two groups was observed and contrasted. Results There was significant difference in the difficulty of delivery of fetal head and the uterine laceration, the incidence of the group with modified method for cesarean section was lower than that groups （P〈0.01）; There was no significant difference in the duration of operation,bleeding volume and mobility after operation between the two types of the new mode cesarean section （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Modified method for cesarean section has all the advantage of michael stark cesarean section, moreover, the incidence of the difficulty of delivery of fetal head and the uterine laceration is lower in modified method for cesarean section than in michael stark cesarean section,so it is deserved to spread in clinical application of modified method for cesarean section.
