影响尿液检验分析前质量的因素及对策

目的探讨影响尿液分析前质量的因素，提高对尿液分析前质量控制和管理重要性的认识，建立和完善分析前质量保证体系。方法对本院2006年3月～2008年2月门诊和住院32165份尿液样本在接收时发现的缺陷进行统计分析。结果尿液分析前标本缺陷率为6．3％。其中尿液标本受污染、采集时间不当、样本标记不清是影响尿液分析前质量的前3位因素。结论尿液分析前质量控制是尿液检查质量保证体系中极为重要和关键的环节，是确保检验结果准确的前提，需要医院领导、实验室人员、临床医护人员和患者的共同努力和参与。
