术前健康宣教标准化管理的运用

目的探讨腹部择期手术前健康宣教实施标准化管理对护理质量及患者满意度的影响。方法将209例进行择期手术的患者分为对照组(n=96)与观察组(n=113);观察组患者术前健康宣教实施标准化管理,对照组接受传统术前健康宣教。将两组患者对术前健康宣教知识掌握程度评分,分次进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及对护理工作满意度评估。结果术前宣教知识掌握程度观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)进行3次测试,测评结果显示,观察组与对照组间相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者对护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前健康宣教实施标准化管理,减轻患者焦虑、不安情绪,满足其情感求知需要,提高护理满意度,优化护理程序,提高护理质量。

Application of preoperation health education standardized management

Objective To explore the effect of preoperation health education standardized management in abdominal elective surgery to the nursing quality and patient satisfaction. Methods Divided 209 patients undergoing elective surgery into control group （96 patients） and observation group （113 patients）; Observation group patients implement preoperation health education standardized management, and control group accepted traditional preoperation health education. Graded the master degree of knowledge about preoperation health education in both groups, in sequence scores SAS and evaluated the nursing job satisfaction. Results Observation group was superior to control group in master degree of knowledge about preoperation health education （P 〈 0.05）. And after three times measurement of SAS score in both groups, it showed observation group and control group had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction also had significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of preoperation health education standardized management can reduce the anxious mood in patients, satisfy the needs of emotion, improve the nursing satisfaction, optimize nursing procedure, and improve the nursing quality.
