单极电凝术切除扁桃体100例术后护理体会

目的探讨单极电凝扁桃体切除术的术后护理观察。方法选取2013年1月~2016年6月我科收治的切除扁桃体的患者共100例。100例单极电凝扁桃体切除术的患者按术后冷敷时间分为A、B两组,每组各50例,A组冷敷时间为12 h,B组冷敷时间为24 h,比较两组术后护理指标(术后出血、疼痛评分、术后进食恢复时间),根据护理指标进行分析。结果 A、B两组疼痛评分为(5.91±1.36)分、(3.10±1.33)分,术后进食恢复时间为(8.50±1.35)d、(6.50±1.05)d,两组之间差异分别有显著性(P0.05);两组患者术后原发性出血率和继发性出血率比较差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论冷敷护理在单极电凝扁桃体切除术的术后护理中尤为重要,可以有效减轻扁桃体热切除术引起的热损伤,最好术后持续冷敷24 h。

Nursing experience of 100 cases after tonsillectomy by unipolar electrocoagulation

Objective To investigate the postoperative nursing observation of unipolar electrocoagulation for tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients receiving tonsillectomy who were admitted to our department from January 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the research subjects.The 100 cases of patients receiving unipolar electrocoagulation for tonsillectomy were divided into group A and B according to the time of postoperative cold compress,with 50 cases in each group.The time of cold compress was 12 hours in group A,and the time of cold compress was 24 hours in group B.The postoperative nursing indexes(postoperative bleeding,pain score,recovery time of postoperative diet)were compared between the two groups.The analysis was carried out according to nursing indicators.Results The pain scores in group A and B were(5.91±1.36)p and(3.10±1.33)p.The recovery time of postoperative diet was(8.50±1.35)d and(6.50±1.05)d.There were significant differences between group A and group B(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the rates of primary hemorrhage and secondary hemorrhage in group A and group B(P>0.05).Conclusion Cold compress nursing is particularly important in the postoperative care of unipolar electrocoagulation for tonsillectomy,which can effectively reduce the heat injury caused by tonsillectomy.Cold compress for 24 hours after the surgery is optimal.
