摘    要:目的探讨宫颈电环锥切术联合纳米银在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变中的作用。方法将2005年1月-2007年12月在启东市中医院妇科就诊,经液基薄层细胞检测,阴道镜下多点活组织病理检查明确为CIN的134例患者进行前瞻性随机对照分析。其中67例病人行LEEP后加用纳米银治疗为观察组,同时将单纯行LEEP的67例病人作为对照组。比较两组术后创面愈合时间,术中、术后并发症和疗效情况。结果两组比较,术后创面愈合时间观察组明显短于对照组(P〈0.01)。术后并发症的总发生率观察组明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。疗效观察组优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论LEEP联合纳米银治疗CIN可明显加速创面愈合,减少术后并发症,并能提高疗效。

Clinical Observation of Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure Associated with Silver Nanoparticle in Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

Abstract:Objective To determine the effectiveness of loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP) associated with silver nanoparticle on the management of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN). Methods 134 patients,treated at department of gynecology in traditional Chinose medicine hospital of Qidong city between Jan 2005 and Dec 2007,were diagnosed as CIN through thinprep cytology test (TCT)and histopathological examination under colposcopic guidance. These patients were performed with prospective, randomized and comparative analysis. 67 cases of them as the observation group were given silver nanoparticle treatment after LEEP,the other 67 patients as the control group were treated with only LEEP. The wound healing time after treatment,intraoperative and postoperative complications,therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing time after treatment was strikingly shorter and the total incidence of postoperative complications was much lower in patients of the observation group than those in patients of the control group(P〈 0.01 ). The therapeutic effect was better(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Treatment of CIN with LEEP associated with silver nanoparticle dramatically speed up the healing of the wound surface, decrease the postoperative complications, and improve the therapeutic effect.
