1280例女性不孕症病因分析

目的探讨女性不孕症的主要原因。方法对1280例女性不孕症患者的不孕因素进行回顾性分析。结果输卵管因素、排卵功能障碍、子宫内膜异位症为引起不孕症的主要因素。其中，输卵管因素占39．38％，是不孕的第一原因；因排卵障碍引起的（主要是多囊卵巢综合征和高泌乳素血症）占30％，是不孕的第二原因。结论不孕症的病因复杂，输卵管因素是女性不孕的首要原因，明确诊断针对病因治疗，可以提高妊娠率。

The Etiological Factor Analysis of 1280 Cases with Female Infertility

Objective To explore the main reason of female infertility. Methods The aciesis factor about 1280 cases female infertility made a retrospective analysis. Results The aciesis factor were uterine tube, ovulation handicap,endometriosis. The factor of uterine tube occupied 39.38% ,it was a ckey factor. The factor of ovulation handicap occupied 30% ,it was a second factor. Conclusion The etiopathogenisis of barrenness is complex. The factor of uterinetube is a ckey factor,it can increase pregnancy rate if reason is clear-cut.
