百草枯中毒治疗体会

目的探讨百草枯（PQ）中毒的发病机制、临床特点及治疗方法，以降低死亡率。方法对2004年9月。2009年11月的20例口服PQ中毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果20例中5例存活，15例死亡，病死率75％。结论百草枯中毒患者的生存机会主要取决于服药量与就诊时间，及早洗胃、有效导泻、适时血液灌流、早期应用肾上腺皮质激素和抗氧化损伤药物，控制感染、给予器官功能支持等综合治疗措施可降低病死率。

Treatment of Paraquat Poisoning

Objective To investigate the pathogenesis and the proper treatment methods in order to reduce mortality. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical data of 20 patients with oral paraquat poisoning treated in emergency department of our hospital from September 20（0 to November 2009. Results In the patients with cute paraquat poisoning,5 cases survived and 15 cases died. The mortality is 75%. Conclusion The chance of survival of patients mainly rested with the dose of paraquat and clinical time. Synthesized therapy that including early gastric lavage, effective catharsis,timely hemoperfusion, early adrenal cortical hormone and applications of antioxidant drugs, controlling of infection and regulating the organic function could reduce the mortality.
