复位内固定治疗上颌骨骨折的临床分析

目的探讨上颌骨骨折的原因、类型及治疗方法。方法总结100例上颌骨骨折患者的临床资料，对其致伤原因、年龄构成、骨折类型和治疗方法进行回顾性研究。结果本组100例患者中，以21—30岁年龄组患者最多（33．2％）；交通事故伤为主要的致伤原因（50．0％）；Le Fort Ⅱ型骨折为主要的骨折类型（50．0％）；治疗方法以切开复位内固定为主（53．0％），术后绝大多数患者均取得了满意的面形和功能疗效。结论上颌骨骨折好发于青壮年男性，多为Le Fort Ⅱ型骨折，其治疗目前是以切开复位内固定为主，它具有复位精确、固定稳定、病人痛苦少、疗效可靠等优点，是一种较为理想的治疗方法，值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Clinical Analysis of Reduction and Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Maxillary Fracture

Objective To investigate the cause, type and treatment of maxillary fractures. Methods A total of 100 cases with maxillary fractures were retrospectively analysed. The study focused on the cause,age,type and treatment of maxillary fractures. Results Of the 100 cases,20-29-years-old patients accounted for 33.2%. The most common cause of injury was traffic accidents（50.0%）. Le Fort Ⅱ fracture was most common type （50.0%） and open reduction and rigid internal fixation was most commonly used （53.0%） in all cases. All results of treatments were satisfactory. Conclusion Open reduction and rigid internal fixation is effective in the treatment of maxillary fractures. It has the advantages of accurate reposition,stabile fixation,less pain and reliable effectiveness.
