优质护理理念在PPH术治疗重度混合痔患者中的应用及效果

目的探讨优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施在PPH术治疗重度混合痔患者中的应用及效果。方法选择2010年9月～2012年10月我院普外科收治的108例PPH术治疗重度混合痔患者为研究对象，优质护理服务开展前的患者为对照组，优质护理服务开展后的患者为观察组，比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁情绪和患者对护理服务的满意度。结果观察组患者术后并发症为1．79％，明显低于对照组（11．54％），有显著性差异（P〈0．05），1个月后，观察组患者的焦虑抑郁评分明显低于对照组患者，有显著性差异（P〈0．05），而观察组患者对护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理活动能够明显减轻PPH术治疗重度混合痔患者的焦虑抑郁情绪．提高患者对护理服务的满意度。

Application and effect on severe mixed hemorrhoid patients by PPH surgery under high quality nursing concept

Objective To investigate the severe mixed hemorrhoid patients by PPH surgery under high quahty nursing concept. Methods One hundred and eight severe mixed hemorrhoid patients by PPH surgery who were treated in the general surgery department in our hospital from September 2010 to October 2012 were chosen as the research objects. Fifty-four severe mixed hemorrhoid patients by PPH surgery who were treated in the general surgery department in our hospital before high quality nursing service were chosen as the control group, fifty-four severe mixed hemorrhoid pa- tients by PPH surgery who were treated in the general surgery department in our hospital before high quality nursing service after high quality nursing service were chosen as the observation group. The scores of anxiety and depression and the nursing service satisfaction were evaluated. Results The postoperative complications of the observation group patients was lower than of the control group （11.54% vs 1.79% ,P〈0.05 ） , After one month, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group ＂~ere and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, the nursing service satisfaction in the observation group were higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing intervention measures under the guide of the high quality nursing service mode can obviously reduce the degree of anxiety and depression in severe mixed hemorrhoid patients, improve the nursing service satisfaction.
