初产妇母乳喂养自我效能及其影响因素调查分析

目的调查初产妇产后母乳喂养的自我效能和影响因素。方法选择在我院分娩的初产妇189例为调查对象，分别于产后1周和6周进行调查。采用母乳喂养自我效能量表对初产妇自我效能调查，另调查一般资料、母乳喂养知识问卷、社会支持、产后抑郁、分娩控制等分析影响初产妇产后母乳喂养的相关因素。结果配偶对母乳喂养态度、产后抑郁是影响产后1周初产妇母乳喂养的因素，配偶对母乳喂养的态度、产前母乳喂养自我效能是影响支持维度的影响因素，配偶对母乳喂养的态度是影响内心活动维度的因素（P〈0．01）。产后1周初产妇母乳喂养自我效能与产后6周的喂养方式具有密切的相关性（P〈0．01）。结论配偶对母乳喂养的态度、产后抑郁、产前自我效能是影响产后1周初产妇母乳喂养自我效能的因素，而产后1周母乳喂养自我效能是产后6周的母乳喂养的预测因素。

Self-efficiency and influencing factors in primipara breast feeding

Objective To discuss self-efficiency and influencing factors in primipara breast feeding. Methods Selected 189 primiparas as subjects were surveyed at one week and six weeks ＂after delivery. Primiparas self-efficiency were surveyed by BSES. Influencing factors were analyzed. Results Attitude of partner for breast feeding,postpartum de- pression were influencing factors of self-efficiency at one week after delivery.Attitude of partner for breast feeding, self-efficiency of primipara before deliver were influencing factors of support dimension.Attitude of partner for breast feeding was influencing factor of inner activity dimension（P 〈 0.01 ）. Self-efficiency at one week after delivery was in fluencing factor at six weeks after delivery（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Attitude of partner for breast feeding, postpartum depression, self-efficiency before delivery are influencing factors of self-efficiency at one week after delivery, and self- efficiencyat one week after delivery is influencing factors of self-efflciency at six weeks.
