TUDP与PKRP治疗良性前列腺增生症临床疗效比较

目的探讨TUDP与PKRP治疗前列腺增生症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用TUDP治疗的前列腺增生患者和采用PKRP治疗的前列腺增生症患者各30例的临床资料，比较两组手术时间、并发症、术前术后前列腺症状评分、生活质量等。结果两组术前和术后I-PSS、生活质量、Qmax、RUV组内比较均有显著改善（P〈0．01）。术后PKRP组各指标显著优于TUDP组（P〈0．01）。TUDP组并发症显著低于PKRP组（P〈0．01）。结论经尿道前列腺球囊扩裂术能有效改善患者的临床症状，提高生活质量，对于心肺功能差、经济条件差的患者可选择使用。

Comparison of clinical efficacy of TUDP and PKRP in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of TUDP and PKRP in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods Clinical of 30 cases with BPH treated by TUDP and 30 eases treated by PKRP were retrospective analyzed. Operation time, complications, I-PSS quality of life and so on were compared. Results I-PSS score, quality score, Qmax, RUV of two groups had significant differences between before and after treatment （P 〈0.01 ）, and had significant differences after treatment between two groups too （P〈0.01）. Complications of PKRP group were lower than TUDP group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion TUDP in treatment of BPH can improve clinical symptoms, quality of life, showing optional value for patients with poor cardiopulmonary function, poor economic conditions.
