70例室性心律失常导管射频消融治疗临床分析

目的分析导管射频消融治疗室性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法回顾我院于2010年6月-2011年6月间诊治室性心律失常患者70例，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规的导管射频消融术，单导管消融组只采用单导管射频消融术。结果单导管消融组治疗后消融靶点部位、并发症发生率、消融成功比例、随访心律失常复发率与对照组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组患者与治疗前比较，治疗后每日早搏次数显著增加，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用单导管消融有利于减轻室性心律失常患者的痛苦，临床疗效良好，值得推广。

Clinical analysis of radiofrequency catheter ablation in 70 patients with ventricular arrhythmia

Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of radiofrequency catheter ablation in treating patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods Retrospective 70 patients who were diagnosed and treated with ventricular arrhythmia,were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group treat with normal trans-catheter ablation,and the patients in the single catheter ablation group treat with trans-catheter ablation only in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2011.Results Single catheter ablation groups of patients after treatment target parts of complications,ablation,ablation ratio,follow-up arrhythmia success recurrence rate and the control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05);Two groups of patients after treatment time than before treatment daily premature increased significantly,a statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The single catheter ablation not only help to ease the pain of the patients with ventricular arrhythmia but own the good clinical curative effect,and worthy to be popularized.
