运动疗法配合肌效贴治疗膝骨关节炎疗效观察

目的 观察运动疗法配合肌效贴治疗膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis，KOA）的疗效。方法 选取2019年1月至2021年12月就诊于阿克苏地区第一人民医院康复科的61例KOA患者作为研究对象，随机分为试验组30例、对照组31例。对照组采用针灸推拿治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上采用运动疗法配合肌效贴治疗，治疗2个疗程，比较两组患者治疗前、治疗1周后、治疗2周后的临床症状评分、视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale，VAS）评分、西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数（Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index，WOMAC）评分、Lysholm膝关节评分。结果 两组患者治疗后的临床症状评分、VAS评分、WOMAC评分、Lysholm评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；且随着治疗时间的延长，试验组患者的临床症状评分、VAS评分、WOMAC评分降低幅度大于对照组，Lysholm评分升高幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组的总有效率为90.00%，对照组的总有效率74.19%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 运动疗法结合肌效贴治疗膝骨关节炎可显著降低临床症状评分、VAS 评分、WOMAC 评分，增加Lysholm评分，在改善患者的临床症状、膝关节功能和疼痛方面优于针灸推拿治疗。

Observation on clinical curative effect of exercise therapy combined with kinesio taping in treating knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the effect of exercise therapy combined with kinesio taping in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 61 patients with KOA were randomly divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=31). The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage, and the experimental group was treated with exercise therapy combined with kinesio taping on the basis of the control group for two courses. The clinical symptom scores, VAS, WOMAC and Lysholm were observed before treatment, after 1 week and 2 weeks. Results The two groups had statistical differences in clinical symptom score, VAS, WOMAC and Lysholm scores (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 90.00% in the experimental group and 74.19% in the control group, the difference was statistical between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with kinesio taping in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly reduce the clinical symptom score, VAS score, WOMAC score, increase Lysholm score, and is superior to the acupuncture and massage group in improving the clinical symptoms, knee function and pain of patients.
