九十岁以上高龄患者髋部骨折麻醉处理

目的总结90岁以上高龄患者髋关节手术麻醉处理，提高麻醉安全性。方法对2002～2007年36例90岁以上高龄患者髋关节手术麻醉处理进行总结分析，全麻5例、硬膜外麻醉31例。结果35例患者并存系统性疾病史，本组全部患者安全渡过麻醉手术期。结论90岁以上高龄患者经术前准确评估和充分的准备，选择恰当的麻醉方法，加强麻醉监测和管理，维持循环稳定，是安全度过围手术期的重要措施，从而提高患者麻醉手术安全性。

Anesthesia Management for Hip Fracture in 36 Patients Aged 90 Years or Older

Objective To conclude anesthesia management in elderly patients aged 90 years or older.
