漂白土、维生素B1联合血必净治疗百草枯中毒临床疗效观察

目的探讨漂白土、维生素B。联合血必净注射液治疗百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法64例口服百草枯中毒患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各32例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上早期用维生素B，注射液3g加入清水10000mL洗胃，后再用清水反复洗到洗出液为清水样物为止，再嘱患者反复口服30％漂白土（先正达生产）混悬液（即300g漂白土＋20％甘露醇液250mL及冷开水450mL）导泻，在此基础上每天肌注维生素B10．2g日3次，血必净注射液50mL加入100mL生理盐水静滴，日2次，连用1周，观察两组的血氧饱和度、血清生化指标、C-反应蛋白及治疗14d死亡率比较。结果治疗组患者治疗后3d和7d血氧饱和度、血清生化指标、C一反应蛋白及死亡率均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期应用漂白土和维生素B，联合血必净治疗百草枯中毒能改善患者I临床症状，降低死亡率，值得临床推广和应用。

Fuller＇s earth, Vitamin B1, Xuebijing in the treatment of paraquat poisoning： clinical curative effect observation

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fuller＇s earth, vitamin B1, Xuebijing in the treatment of paraquat poisoning. Methods Selected 64 patients with acute paraquat poisoning, who were admitted of our hospital＇ from January 2006 to December 2011 and were divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with routine therapy. Treamtent group accepted Fuller＇s earth, vitamin BI and Xuebijing injection on the basis of control group. Vitamin B1 injection 3 g added in water and 10 000 mL gastric lavage, after repeated washing with water to wash out liquid for clear water so far things, then instructing patients repeated oral 30% Fuller＇s earth （Xian zheng da production） suspension （300 g of Fuller＇s earth and 20% mannitol liquid 250 mL and cold water 450 mL） catharsis. On the basis of daily intramuscular injection of vitamin B1 0.2g 3 times a day, Xuebijing injection 50 mL joined I00 mL natural saline, 2 times a day, for one week. Comparison of two groups of blood oxygen saturation, serum biochemical index, C-reactive protein and treatment of 14-day mortality. Results Blood oxygen saturation, serum biochemistry index, C-reactie protein and mortality of treatment group patients after treatment 3 and 7 days were better than those of group B, and their differences were statistically significant. Conclusion At the early stage, Xuebijing injection combined with fuller＇s earth, vitamin BI can protect major organs from paraquat injury, and reduce the mortality of paraquat poisoning, and it is worth clinical popularization and application.
