胸腔镜与传统手术对非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效分析

目的探讨电视胸腔镜手术（VATS）较传统开胸手术在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）治疗中的优势。方法将80例NSCLC患者随机分为VATS组和S组各40例，术后比较两组相关指标。结果VATS组较S组手术时间长、术中出血量少、留置胸管时间短、止痛时间及住院时间短（P〈0．01），清扫淋巴结个数（P〉0．05）；疼痛时间明显低于S组（P〈0．05）。术后第1、5天血清CRP均较术前明显升高（P〈0．05），VATS组明显低于同时间点S组（P〈0．05）。结论VATS手术可作为NSCLC患者的推荐治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of video-assisted thoracic surgery versus traditional thoracotomy for non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the advantages of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) compared with conventional thoracotomy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Eighty cases with NSCLC were collected and divided into VATS group(n = 40,undergone complete video-assisted thoracoscopic pneumonectomy) and S group(n = 40,undergone traditional open pneumonectomy).The indexes of patients in the two groups were compared after operation.Results Compared with S group,the mean operative time was longer,the bleeding loss,chest tube lien time,postoperative pain time were shorter in VATS group(P < 0.01).Besides,the number of lymph node dissection was not significantly different between the two groups(P > 0.05).Pain time of patients in S group was longer than those in VATS group(P < 0.05).Levels of postoperative serum CRP of patients in the two groups were both higher than those before operation(P < 0.05),and levels of serum CRP of patients in VATS group on the first and fifth day after operation were markedly lower than those at the same time point in S group(P < 0.05).Conclusion VATS can be recommended as a treatment of lung cancer.
