深圳市公务员群体8345人骨密度分析及骨质疏松患病率调查报告

目的调查深圳市公务员群体骨密度的变化规律，为深圳地区骨质疏松症防治工作提供理论依据。方法收集2010年度在深圳市保健中心体检的深圳市属公务员及部分退休员工8345例，测量其跟骨骨密度。结果骨密度测量结果在30—39岁组间，男女两性骨密度均呈明显下降趋势，50～59岁组间，骨密度下降速度最快，女性60岁后骨密度迅速减低，注意20～29岁组呈现年轻化倾向。结论深圳市公务员群体骨密度的变化规律基本符合中国骨质疏松调查报告，但是明显不同点是50岁之前男性骨密度流失比女性更严重，通过调查分析我们发现公务员队伍中男性工作压力大，应酬多，缺乏运动，60岁退休后重视锻炼，骨密度状况好转。

Investigation of Bone Mineral Density and Osteoporosis Prevalence in 8345 Civil Services from Shenzhen

Objective To investigate bone mineral density variation of Civil Services in Shenzhen city and prevalence of osteoporosis, for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in Shenzhen to provide theoretical basis. Methods 8345 cases of the Shenzhen municipal civil servants and retired employees in 2010 in Shenzhen City Health Center （ Qilin Mountain Cadre Sanatorium ） were examined by the calcaneus bone density measurements. Results BMD measurements in 30 to 39 age group, the men and women showed a significantly decreased bone mineral density; In 50 to 59 age group, the fastest decline in bone density, especially for women after the age of 60 rapidly reduced bone mineral density. Note that 20 to 29 age group getting younger and younger trend. Conclusion The population in Shenzhen city the fundamental changes of bone mineral density in osteoporosis investigation report in line with China, but the difference is obvious male bone mineral density loss before the age of 50 than women, more serious investigation and analysis we found that male civil servants working in the greater pressure and social occasions （ tea, tobacco and alcohol overdose ）, lack of exercise is the main reason, 60 years old more emphasis on exercise, improvement in bone mineral density status.
