退行性膝骨关节炎的影像学对比分析

目的探讨X线、B超、CT检查方法在退行性膝骨关节炎检查应用中的价值对比。方法以41例膝骨关节炎住院患者为研究对象,观察其X线、B超和CT检查的图像,分别对比骨质增生、骨质疏松、滑膜增厚、半月板变性、韧带病变、关节间隙狭窄、关节软骨、关节积液和髌下脂肪垫等的变化在不同检查方法中的显示情况。结果 X线平片对膝关节间隙改变26例、骨赘生成30例和胫骨髁间棘增生37例显示最好;B超对于关节积液24例、滑膜改变38例、髌下脂肪垫的改变34例、关节软骨变性15例、半月板变性16例较敏感;CT检查对关节面下假囊肿35例、关节骨质疏松21例、关节积液22例显示良好。结论综合各种影像检查技术的优势,恰当地选择最简便的检查方法。

Comparative analysis of imaging of degenerative knee osteoarthritis

Objective To compare the value of X-ray, B-uhrasonography and CT examination methods in the application of examining degenerative knee osteoarthritis. Methods Forty-one hospitalized patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected as the study subjects and their X-ray, B-ultrasonography and CT examination images were observed. Then the dis- play situation of osteoproliferation, osteoporosis, synovial thickening, degeneration of meniscus, ligament lesions, joint space narrowing, articular cartilage, joint effusion, infrapatellar fat pad changes and other changes in different examination meth- ods were compared. Results X-ray plain film displayed 26 cases of joint space narrowing, 30 cases of osteophyte formation and 37 cases of tibial eminence hyperplasia best. B-ultrasonography was sensitive to 24 cases of joint effusion, 38 cases of synovium changes, 34 cases of infrapatellar fat pad changes, 15 cases of articular cartilage degeneration and 16 cases of meniscus degeneration. CT displayed 35 cases of pseudocyst below articular surface, 21 cases of articular osteoporosis and 22 cases of joint effusion well. Conclusion The most simple and convenient method should be chosen alter comparing the advantages of various image examination techniques.
