不同放疗技术对直肠癌长期存活患者的生活质量影响分析

目的 探讨不同放疗技术对直肠癌长期存活患者生活质量的影响。方法对57例手术一放化疗的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌无瘤生存3年以上患者进行生活质量问卷调查，分析生活质量的影响因素。结果患者的所有功能得分普遍较高，症状量表得分除性功能外其他均较低，总体健康状况中位数72分；调强放疗组的所有功能得分和总体健康状况均较常规放疗组高．组问比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），腹痛腹胀和失眠较常规放疗组轻（P〈0．05）。结论调强放疗的生活质量优于常规放疗，性功能障碍足直肠癌治疗后的主要并发症。了解患者的生活质量，有利于医护人员更好的选择合理的治疗方案，改进医疗技术。

Impact of different radiotherapy technique on the quality of life in long-term survival rectal cancer patients

Objective To investigate the influential factors of quality of life in long-term survival rectal cancer patients after surgery and different radiotherapy technique.Methods Fifty-seven patients who had undergone surgery and radiochemotherapy with stage II-III rectal cancer and had more than three years cancer-free-survival were given a questionnaire on quality of life(QOL).Factors influencing QOL were examined.Results All the scores of QLQ-C30 functions were high,while the scores of symptoms were low except for sexual functioning,with a median score of global health quality of life scale(GHQL) status being 72.The scores of the global health QOL and the function scales in patients underwent intensity modulated radiation therapy were higher than that in patients underwent conventional radiotherapy(P>0.05),and some of the symptoms scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The QOL of patients after IMRT is superior to that after conventional radiotherapy.Sexual dysfunction is a prominent complication of rectal cancer after treatment.Understanding the patient’s QOL can help doctors to choose more reasonable treatment for patients,and is beneficial to improve the medical technology.
