磁敏感加权成像联合五边形复制测试诊断 阿尔茨海默病的诊断价值

摘    要:目的 分析磁敏感加权成像联合五边形复制测试对阿尔茨海默病的诊断价值。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年6月绍兴市第七人民医院收治的阿尔茨海默病110例为研究象,另选取60名健康志愿者为对照组,对所有受试者进行五边形复制测试,并进行磁敏感加权成像检查。结果 研究组患者的五边形复制测试评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的丘脑、齿状核、苍白球、海马、尾状核、壳核、顶叶皮质、红核、额叶白质、黑质磁敏感加权成像相位值水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。与磁敏感加权成像、五边形复制测试单项诊断比较,联合诊断对阿尔茨海默病诊断的较敏感度、特异性、准确性均较高(P<0.05)。结论 阿尔茨海默病五边形复制测试评分较高,丘脑、齿状核、苍白球、海马、尾状核、壳核、顶叶皮质、红核、额叶白质、黑质磁敏感加权成像相位值水平较低,磁敏感加权成像联合五边形复制测试对阿尔茨海默病有较高的诊断价值,可用于阿尔茨海默病的早期诊断。


Diagnostic value of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging combined with pentagon replication test in the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease
Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging combined with Pentagon replication test in Alzheimer''s disease. Methods A total of 110 cases of Alzheimer''s disease treated in Shaoxing Seventh People?s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and 60 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group, pentagonal replication test and magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging were performed on all subjects. Results Compared with the control group, the Pentagon replication test score of the study group was higher (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the phase values of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging of thalamus, dentate nucleus, globus pallidus, hippocampus, caudate nucleus, putamen, parietal cortex, red nucleus, frontal white matter and substantia nigra in the study group were lower (P<0.05). Compared with the single diagnosis of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging and Pentagon replication test, the combined diagnosis has higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of Alzheimer''s disease (P<0.05). Conclusion The score of Pentagon replication test of Alzheimer''s disease is high, and the phase value level of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging of thalamus, dentate nucleus, globus pallidus, hippocampus, caudate nucleus, putamen, parietal cortex, red nucleus, frontal white matter and substantia nigra is low. Magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging combined with Pentagon replication test has high diagnostic value for Alzheimer''s disease and can be used for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer''s disease.
