夹板外固定联合消肿止痛药水外敷治疗 外伤性闭合性骨折的疗效

目的 探讨夹板外固定联合消肿止痛药水外敷治疗外伤性闭合性骨折的疗效。方法 选取台州市中医院2019年1月至2020年7月收治的100例外伤性闭合性骨折患者，采用随机数字表法分为夹板外固定组与药水外敷组，每组各50例，两组均对患肢进行夹板外固定，外敷药水组在夹板固定的基础上给予消肿止痛药水外敷，比较两组患者治疗后患侧肢体肿胀程度变化、骨折愈合情况。结果 治疗后药水外敷组患者临床总有效率高于夹板固定组（P<0.05）；药水外敷组疼痛、肿胀、瘀斑、压痛、舌象等中医症状积分低于夹板固定组（P<0.05）；药水外敷组视觉模拟评分法与肿胀程度明显低于夹板固定组（P<0.05）。结论 消肿止痛药水可促进外伤性闭合性骨折患者骨折愈合，减轻患肢肿胀疼痛。

Effects of splint external fixation combined with external application of Xiaozhong Zhitong potion on in the treatment of patients with traumatic closed fractures

Objective To explore the effects of splint external fixation combined with external application of Xiaozhong Zhitong potion on swelling degree of the affected limb, fracture healing and levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment of patients with traumatic closed fractures. Methods Totally 100 patients with traumatic closed fractures were selected and randomly divided into splint external fixation group and potion external application group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given splint external fixation to the affected limb, and potion external application group was given external application of Xiaozhong Zhitong potion on basis of splint fixation. The changes of swelling degree of the affected limbs, fracture healing and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, the total clinical effective rate of patients in potion external application was higher than that in splint fixation group (P<0.05). The scores of TCM symptoms such as pain, swelling, ecchymosis, tenderness and tongue picture in potion external application group were lower than those in splint fixation group (P<0.05). The Visual Analogue Score (VAS) and swelling degree of potion external application group were significantly lower than those in splint fixation group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhong Zhitong potion used in this study can promote fracture healing, relieve the swelling and pain of the affected limb, and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with traumatic closed fractures.
