摘    要:目的探讨实施系统健康教育对提高肺结核病人结核病防治知识和改善心理健康状况的影响。方法采用结核病防治知识调查问卷和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对100名病人进行调查,评估他们在实施教育前、后结核病防治知识和心理健康状况的变化。结果教育前有42%的患者对结核病防治知识缺乏了解,教育后降至O%。患者干预前SCL-90总分为(134.10±44.35)、干预后总分为(105.95±19.58),9项因子分教育前、后最大值分别为(1.65±0.71)、(1.24±0.30)、最小值分别为(1.29±0.49)、(1.07±0.17),总分及各因子分教育前、后差异均有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论健康教育对提高肺结核病人结核病防治知识水平和改善心理健康状况有积极的促进作用。

Study on the Effects of Health Education on the States of Psychological Health in the TB Patients

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of health education on improving the knowledge of tuberculosis and psychological health slams in TB patients. Methods 100 TB patients were asked to fulfill tuberculosis knowledge forms and SCL-90 forms before lessons, and repeated it after the lessons of health education. Results 42% patients were lack of tuberculosis knowledge before lessons, but it changed to be 0% afterwards. Before lessons the sum score of SCL-90 was (134.10±44.35),the maximum factorial score was (1.65± 0.71) and the minimal score was(1.29 ±0.49). After lessons the sum score of the SCL-90 was(105.95 ± 19.58),the maximum factorial score was(1.24±0.30) and the minimal score was (1.07 ±0.17). There were obvious differences between the above indexes of the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion It is concluded that positive effects are observed at the knowledge level on tuberculosis and on the slates of psychological health in TB patients after health education.
