32排螺旋CT评价冠状动脉支架通畅的临床价值

目的 探讨32排螺旋CT(MSCT)评价冠状动脉支架通畅的临床价值.方法 选择2010年1月～2012年1月我科行MSCT冠脉成像患者35例作为观察对象,使用美国GE公司Light Prospeed MSCT扫描仪进行扫描,入选病例行MSCT扫描后1周～2个月内均行常规冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查,比较两种方法评价冠状动脉支架通畅的差异性.结果 46枚支架中CAG显示阳性9枚,MSCT显示阳性9枚,两种方法在评价支架通畅率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 MSCT在冠状动脉成像在评价冠状动脉支架通畅性方面具有重要的临床应用价值,值得推广和应用.

The clinical value of 32-slice spiral CT in the evaluation of coronary artery patency

Objective To investigate the clinical value of 32-slice spiral CT coronary artery potency. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012, 32-slice spiral CT coronary angiography patients in our department 35 cases as the ob- ject of observation, used the U.S. company GE Light Prospeed 32 multi-slice spiral CT scanner to scan, selected pa- tients underwent MSCT scan 1 week to 2 months underwent conventional coronary angiography and compare two methods evaluation of coronary artery potency differences. Results The 46 stents CAG showed positive 9 positive, two methods were compared in the evaluation of stent potency, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）compared with 32-slice MSCT. Conclusion The 32-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the evaluation of coronary stent Patency has important clinical value, worthy of promotion and application.
