两种运送培养基及无菌棉拭子维持细菌活性能力的比较

目的比较两种运送培养基以及无菌棉拭子三种标本运送系统维持细菌活性的能力。方法选用金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、福氏志贺菌、白色念珠菌、化脓链球菌、肺炎链球菌、卡他布兰汉菌、流感嗜血杆菌、淋病奈瑟菌，在0h、1h、4h、8h、12h、24h分别检测它们在三种运送系统上存活的情况，每个时相点重复检测10次。结果金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、福氏志贺菌、白色念珠菌24h内在三种运送系统上存活，且菌量无明显变化。但对苛养菌包括化脓链球菌、肺炎链球菌、卡他布兰汉菌、流感嗜血杆菌、淋病奈瑟菌在两种运送培养基上的存活时间和菌量不同程度优于无菌棉拭子。结论运送培养基运送临床微生物标本效果好于无菌棉拭子，特别是对苛养菌的细菌培养意义重大。

The comparison of two transport medium and sterile cotton swab in maintaining the ability of bacterial activity

Objective To compare the ability of maintaining bacterial activity of two kinds of transport medium and sterile cottonswab. Methods Staphylococcus aureus, Escheriehia eoli, Shigella flexneri, Candida albicans, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Branhamella catarrhalis, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae were respectively culture in gongdong transport medium, biomerieux transport medium and sterile eottonswab, then detect the viability of all the cells at 0 h, 1 h, 4 h, 8 h, 12 h and 24 h. Each time point detection 10 times. Results There were no different of the viability with Staphylococcus, Escherichia, Shigella flexneri,and Candida albicans by use the two transporting medium or sterile eottonswab. However, fastidious bacteria（include Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus pneumoniae,Branhamella catarrhalis,Haemophilus influenzae and Neisseria gonorrhoeae bacteria） can survive more time by use two transport mediums. Conclusion The ability of maintaining bacterial activity of the two transport mediums are better than sterile cottonswab, especially to fastidious bacteria.
