曼性心力衰竭患者血尿酸、血浆脑钠肽水平变化的意义

摘    要:目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸、血浆脑钠肽水平检测的临床意义。方法选择40例慢性心力衰竭患者(心功能按美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)分为Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级11例,Ⅳ级15例)、30名健康体检者,检测各组患者血尿酸、血浆脑钠肽水平。结果CHF组BNP、UA水平分别明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.05),且CHF组心功能Ⅲ级及心功能Ⅳ级的BNP、UA水平明显高于CHF组心功能Ⅱ级组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。CHF组心功能Ⅳ级组的BNP、UA水平明显高于CHF组心功能Ⅲ级组。差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论检测慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸、血浆脑钠肽水平可以用于判定慢性心力衰竭患者的疾病程度,从而为指导临床治疗提供参考依据。

The significance of serum uric acid, plasma brain natriuretic peptide level changes in chronic heart failure patients

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of the detection of chronic heart failure patients with uric acid, plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels. Methods All 40 cases of patients with chronic heart failure (cardiac function according to the New York Heart Association (NYHA) were divided into 14 cases of grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ grade 11 cases,Ⅳ grade 15 cases, and 30 healthy subjects, tested the blood of patients in each group uric acid, plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels. Results CHF patients BNP UA level was significantly higher than that in healthy control group (P 〈 0.05) and CHF patients, cardiac function grade Ⅲ and cardiac function in patients with grade IV of the BNP, UA levels were significantly higher than the CHF group heart functional class II group , significant differences (P 〈 0.05). Heart Functional Class Ⅳ patients in the CHF group BNP UA levels significantly higher than the CHF group heart functional class Ⅲ group differences in the presence of a significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The detection of chronic heart failure in patients with uric acid, plasma brain natriuretic peptide levels can be used to determine the extent of disease in patients with chronic heart failure, so as to provide a reference guide clinical treatment.
