优质护理理念在ICU静脉留置针留置重症患者中应用效果

目的探讨优质护理理念在ICU静脉留置针留置重症患者中应用效果。方法根据有无实施优质护理服务活动将2010年7月～2012年8月在我院ICU住院治疗的768例外周静脉留置针输液重症患者分为A组（未实施优质护理服务）和B组（实施优质护理服务），分析优质护理理念在ICU静脉留置针留置重症患者中应用效果。结果B组外周静脉留置针输液不良事件发生率明显低于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但B组患者的基础护理合格率和患者家属护理满意度均明显高于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论优质护理服务能够明显减少外周静脉留置针输液重症患者输液不良事件的发生，提高患者基础护理质量和患者家属护理满意度。

Application effect on nursing intervention measures of peripheral venous indwelling needle under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode in critically ill patients in ICU

Objective To investigate application effect on nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode in critically ill patients by peripheral venous indwelling needle in ICU. Methods The clinical data of seven hundred and sixty-eight critically ill patients who were treated in the ICU of our hospital from July 2010 to August 2012 were collected, then they were divided into group A and group B according to providing high quality nursing service without, the application effect on nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode in critically ill patients by peripheral venous indwelling needle in ICU were analyzed. Results The adverse events rate in group B were lower than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）, but the basic nursing qual- ified rate and the satisfaction for the nursing service in group B were higher than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion The nursing intervention measures under the guidance of high quality nursing service mode in critically ill pa- tients in ICU can obviously reduce the adverse events rate of critically ill patients by peripheral venous indwelling needle and improve the basic nursing qualified rate and the satisfaction for the nursing service.
