摘    要:目的 探讨预见性护理程序在急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗中的临床意义.方法 将56例符合急性心肌梗死溶栓指征的患者分为实验组30例和对照组26例.对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予预见性护理;对两组患者开始溶栓时间、溶栓成功率及患者满意度进行调查.结果 实验组从入院到开始溶栓所用平均时间、溶栓成功率和患者满意率分别为(21.10±12.39) min 、93.33%和96.67%;对照组分别为(36.12±13.82) min、69.23%和73.08%;两组间各组数值的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 预见性护理能使患者更快地接受溶栓治疗,提高溶栓成功率及患者满意度.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of predictive nursing procedure in the thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction patients. Methods A total of 54 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into the experimental group(30 cases) and the control group(24 cases). The control group was given conventional care while the experimental group was given predictive nursing care. The thrombolysis time, successful rate of thrombolysis and patient satisfaction of the two groups were taken for statistics. Results The time from admission to thrombolysis, the success rate of thrombolysis and patient satisfaction of the experimental group were 21.10±12.39, 93.33% and 96.67% respectively; while the control group were 36.12±13.82, 69.23% and 73.08% respectively. There were signifi cant differences between two groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The predictive nursing for patients with acute myocardial infarction can receive thrombolytic therapy more quickly, improve the success rate of thrombolysis and the patient sat isfaction.
