胶原酶溶解术治疗高危前列腺增生症临床观察

目的探讨非手术治疗高危前列腺增生症的方法及疗效。方法采用B超引导下经会阴穿刺胶原酶注射溶解术治疗前列腺增生症患者72例,随访半年,根据前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、残余尿(PVR)测定结果进行回顾性对比研究。结果 72例患者术后症状均不同程度改善,IPSS、QOL、PVR较术前明显改善(P0.05)。结论经会阴胶原酶注射溶解术治疗前列腺增生症,操作简单、安全、微创,疗效满意。

Collagenase Lysis for High risk Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia:A Clinical Observation

Objective To discuss the method and effect of non-operative treatment of high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods The treatment of 72 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia was used B ultrasound guided transperineal puncture injection of coUagenase solution. All the cases were followed up for half a year,and a retrospective study was carried out based on the international prostate symptom score（IPSS）, quality of life score（QOL） and surplus urine measure. Results The postoperative symptoms were improved to different extents,the international prostate symptom score （IPSS）,quality of life score （QOL）and surplus urine measure were significantly improved after the treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The method for high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia is simple, safe and minimally invasive, with satisfied curative effect.
